This program includes one or two 50 minutes sessions per month via in person, online, or phone sessions. The focus is on a plant-based nutrient rich diet, primarily gluten and dairy free. Cooking classes designed to teach you how to prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages in a fun and easy way! These lessons can be held in either my location or in yours. We can also visit a grocery store or local farmers market, where i guide and provide you with many tips about shopping seasonally and locally choosing the best foods for you. Many of my guiding principles draw inspiration from the ayurvedic diet. I can also come to your home and transform your refrigerator and pantry setting you up for everyday success.
