Gentle Flow

Yoga for all levels. This slower paced hatha yoga that combines movements and poses held for a longer period with an emphasis on stretching and low impact movement. These yoga practices include restorative, yin, and gentle hatha taught in a way that is prenatal friendly. It is a great option for all fitness levels. The use of props will allow all levels access to the healing benefits of this practice.


Yoga Flow

A faster hatha flow designed to achieve balance, strength, and flexibility of the mind, body, and soul through a combination of moderate yoga poses and meditation. This style is a great option for those looking to build upon their yoga and meditation practice while enhancing their technique.


pilates

A low impact exercise that builds muscle by focusing on balance, control, core strength, and flexibility which helps prevent and rehabilitate injury. This style focuses on dynamic movement that can help you advance in your overall fitness goals creating better posture, mobility, and alignment. These classes are a great option for moderate to advanced levels. The use of props or light weights are optional.


Yin Yoga

Yin is a style of yoga that involves various seated and reclined poses that are held longer (typically 3-5 mins) to access deeper layers of fascia while also working to quiet the mind. It's a simple practice with profound benefits.


Sound Bowl Meditation

These sessions can leave you with a sense of peace and tranquility during the meditation. The use of crystal singing bowls creates sounds and vibrations that can help elevate your mood, clear your energy, and balance out your chakras.


MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION

A workshop style class that focuses on mindfulness, meditation, and restorative movement to get you in a deep state of relaxation.


WORKSHOPS

Workshops are interactive events that cover a variety of health-related topics, such as stress management, diet, hormone health, mindful movement, and mental health and well-being. In addition to education on holistic remedies based on Traditional Chinese medicine, homeopathy, and Ayurveda. You can walk away with many skills and lifestyle changes that you can apply into your daily routine.


FLEX AND MOBILITY

This class is designed to bring your body back to its natural state of mobility. The movement and flow will be slow and intentionally where poses are held for a longer period of time. The goal of this type of movement is to increase flexibility overtime. The class is broken up into 30 minutes of deep stretching and 15 minutes of sound bowl meditation to help restore the mind and body.
